Reception of the equipment on warranty service.
The Basis for reception of the equipment on warranty service is presence of serial number of a product in our database.
The Basis for the sanction of disputable situations at disagreements or absence of serial number of a product in a database is the Guarantee Coupon.
The Warranty period is estimated from the date specified in the Guarantee coupon.
Delivery of the equipment in our office and back is carried out by the Buyer at own expense.
To hand over the faulty goods for warranty service, it is necessary to inform:
date of purchase of the goods;
number of the guarantee coupon;
serial number of the goods;
the description of malfunction.
Warranty service is made during all term specified in the guarantee coupon. The product is accepted on warranty service at presence of a full complete set.
the Product is removed from a guarantee and free-of-charge repair is not made in the following cases:
- At service regulations, transportations and/or storages are broken.
- If the product has traces of extraneous intervention or there was an attempt of the non-authorized repair (repair by the not certificated service center).
- At infringement of guarantee labels (firm labels with serial number or date) outside or inside the case of a product.
- If damages of a product have taken place owing to hit inside of a product of extraneous substances, subjects, liquids, insects, animal.
- At use of non-standard or not past testing for compatibility of the equipment and / or the software working or connected in interface with given.
- If there were the damages called by discrepancy to State standards of parameters of having, telecommunication and cable networks and other external factors (climatic and others).
- At not observance of terms and the period technical and preventive maintenance if it is necessary for the given product.
- At use of non-standard spare parts and the account materials, cleaning materials.
